Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Standard processing time is 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use express air shipping for international delivery. Your order ships via express air freight and is delivered by your local postal service or available express curriers (USPS for USA, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.).

Estimated Delivery Times After Processing:

  • United States: 5-15 business days
  • Japan: 6-20 business days
  • Canada: 8-20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8-20 business days
  • European Union: 8-25 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 15-30 business days
  • Asia: 10-35 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-35 business days

Important: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. During peak seasons (November-January, Chinese New Year), expect longer delivery times.

Duties & Taxes Included

Good news! We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for most destinations. This means import duties, VAT, and customs fees are typically prepaid and included in your shipping cost.

However, some exceptions may apply:

  • Certain countries or remote areas may assess additional fees
  • Local carriers might charge handling fees
  • Regulations can change without notice

While we strive to include all fees, you remain responsible for any additional charges that may be required for delivery.

Important Information

Multiple Packages

Your order may ship in multiple packages from different locations. This is normal and helps speed up delivery. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Tracking

  • Tracking is provided via email once items ship
  • International tracking may be limited while in transit
  • Full tracking typically resumes in destination country

Delivery Issues

  • Damaged items: Report within 48 hours with photos
  • Lost packages: Report if not received within 30 days of shipping
  • Proof of delivery: Carrier tracking showing delivery is considered proof
  • Wrong address: We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Returns

DO NOT send returns to our business address. All returns require prior authorization. Contact support@keebmat.com for return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Current shipping rates
  • Included duties/taxes (where applicable)

Free shipping promotions may be offered with minimum purchase requirements.
